To make sure your portrait s a real showstopper, stick to our photo guidelines: clear, focused shots with good lighting—no hiding behind filters or funny hats, okay? 

Heads-up: Once we start sketching, cancellations are a no-go. Since each portrait s as unique as your pet s personality, we can t do refunds or swaps either. And just a friendly reminder: the frame s not included in the deal!
